Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, in your role as Store Manager – Malaga, you will be responsible for achieving the store's financial targets and company key performance indicators, all while fostering a dynamic team empowered to surpass expectations.

What do you do:

• Overseeing daily sales operations to ensure targets are met
• Leading by example in providing excellent customer service
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Manage store rostering and wage expenses, keeping a keen eye on commercial acumen
• Efficiently handle stock (up to 15kg) in a high-paced environment to ensure seamless customer service
• Ensuring the store is visually appealing and in line with the brand’s standards
• Implementing promotional displays and ensuring all products are properly tagged and labeled
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals to join our thriving organisation

What do you need:

• Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager
• A passion for the retail industry is a must!
• Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate efficient roster
• Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & visual merchandising
• Thrive on the energy of a fast paced environment, inspire and excite your peers
