Woods & Co have partnered with one of Australia’s top-ranked golf courses located on a breathtaking coastal destination. We’re excited to be recruiting a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support their Melbourne-based team and play a key role in growing this premium golf and tourism destination.

This newly created position offers a dynamic opportunity to work across sales, digital marketing, and client engagement.

What do you do?

• Support the Sales Manager with quotes, proposals, and client communications
• Respond to inbound enquiries and assist with golf tourism bookings
• Manage CRM data - client records, segmentation, follow-ups, and reporting
• Coordinate the rollout of branded templates and rebrand materials
• Create high-quality brochures, sales documents, and marketing collateral
• Maintain and update digital channels, including website and social media
• Liaise with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Contribute to content planning, marketing campaigns, and internal asset libraries
• Track timelines and deliverables across multiple projects

What do you need?

• 3-5 years experience in a sales, marketing, or tourism coordination role
• Strong communication skills 
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Organised and capable of juggling multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Tech-savvy with attention to detail and a design mindset
• Previous customer-facing experience, ideally in travel or hospitality
