As Sales Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the contract lifecycle, supporting the sales team, and ensuring seamless documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication. You'll thrive in this role if you're detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about property.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the full contract process from issuing sales advice and Contracts of Sale through to exchange, deposits, and settlement
- Coordinate contract updates, liaise with legal teams, and support sales agents and buyers
- Ensure accuracy across contract data, price lists, Salesforce updates, and commission reporting
- Prepare Additional Special Conditions (ASCs), manage Marketing Services Agreements (MSAs), and support display suite activities
- Contribute to project launches and ensure all sales tools are current and properly maintained
You'll Bring - Excellent attention to detail and a passion for real estate or property development
- Strong communication skills and experience working with sales, legal, and development teams
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Salesforce, Adobe, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities
- You must have prior experience in Property Development.
