We’re on the hunt for a
Sales & Customer Service Consultant who’s ready to make an impact! In this exciting role, you’ll be the voice behind the brand, supporting new and existing business customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering smart, value-driven energy solutions that make a real difference.
This is a fast-paced, phone-based role where every conversation counts. You’ll engage with both residential and SME customers, combining exceptional service with smart sales strategies to drive growth and strengthen relationships to improve the overall customer experience.
What's in it for you: - $60,000 - $65,000 + Super + Commission
- Start 27th October | 3 weeks training to start
- Monday - Friday (Rotating Roster)
- Melbourne CBD office

What do you do? - Onboard and welcome new customers, guiding them through move-ins, move-outs, solar and site connections.
- Deliver exceptional service across all channels, ensuring every interaction adds value.
- Handle inbound sales and service enquiries while identifying customer needs and offering tailored energy solutions.
- Proactively upsell or cross-sell into other divisions of the business where appropriate.
- Manage and update CRM systems accurately, maintaining clear customer records.
- Take ownership of the entire customer journey, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Provide first-contact resolution for billing and service enquiries.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and share feedback to enhance the customer experience
What do you need: - Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Experience in customer service, sales, call handling role
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset and passion for learning
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Great attitude to learn and to develop in a fast-paced start up environment
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Strong willingness to learn
