We're in search of a vibrant Sales Manager tasked to enrich and nurture brand awareness while cultivating relationships with all stakeholders. This position offers the potential for succession to a Regional Sales Management position, in conjunction with greater earning potential and travel prospects.

What do you do? - Prospecting qualified leads to progress to product interest and product opportunities.
- Managing existing database to generate further opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers such as General Managers, F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, designers and consultants. In addition to liaising with key stakeholders to wholly appreciate clients’ needs and expectations.
- Developing a holistic sales strategy to work with the IHS Sales Support Team
- Creating new business opportunities.
What do you need? - Previous experience within the hospitality, design & furnishing, industry – Management, Operations, Sales.
- Proven experience in opening high-value opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, internal and client based.
- Adept skills in cold calling
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Sound time management and organisational skills.
- Skilled ability in CRM systems and using the available data to deliver results.
- A strong work ethic and desire to develop yourself and others.
- Desire to interact with various cultures and manage language barriers.
- Flexibility in dealing with different time zones.
