Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with one of Australia’s most iconic and value-driven hospitality groups. With a passionate focus on people, community and culture, they’re now on the lookout for a Brisbane-based Senior Area Manager to join the leadership team.

This is more than just an ops role – it’s a hands-on leadership position focused on coaching, mentoring and elevating venue teams. You’ll oversee a portfolio of busy, high-volume venues across the Brisbane region, driving engagement, performance and people-first leadership at every touchpoint.

With clear progression into a Regional General Manager position, this is the ideal next step for an experienced area leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated by purpose, not ego.

What’s in it for you?

• $130,000 – $160,000 + Super + $30,000 annual performance bonus.
• Full-time, permanent role | 40-hour week.
• Weekend support required, with flexibility across the week
• Lead 6–8 busy, high-volume stores across Brisbane with 30–80 staff per site

What do you do?

• Lead and inspire multi-site Restaurant Managers and in-venue teams
• Drive a consistent guest-first culture and maintain exceptional service standards
• Mentor and develop leaders, build coaching plans, and identify future talent
• Track business performance through data, systems and collaboration with HQ
• Set and maintain operational best practices and venue consistency
• Assist with new venue openings and ensure smooth onboarding into the brand

What do you need?

• Proven multi-site leadership experience for 3+ years across high-volume QSR, hospitality, or fast-paced retail environments
• A passion for leading through values and developing high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen (COGs, labour, KPIs, business performance metrics)
• Calm, collaborative leadership style with confidence in fast-paced ops
• Ambition to grow into a Regional GM role
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Brisbane venues
