They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Client Service Officer to join the team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate and process client documentation, including insurance and wealth management paperwork.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
- Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a similar client service role within insurance, wealth, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of insurance and wealth management products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
