Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading brokerage that specialises in complex solutions across the energy sector. They’re now seeking a confident and commercially savvy C&I Broker to join their growing Brisbane team.

Whether you’re an experienced broker or come from a strong B2B sales background with exposure to the energy or industrial sectors, this is your chance to break into a high-growth market with the support of an established brand.

What do you do?

• Conduct B2B phone calls to speak about energy plans and where savings can be made
• Building a robust pipeline of opportunities from sales activities to ensure ongoing success
• Liaise with large energy retailers on behalf of your clients, to broker the best deal possible
• Facilitating sales proposals whilst recommending the best fit solutions to meet the customer’s needs
• Effective management of SME leads, both existing and new customers on Energy Efficiency Solutions such as Solar, LED and Voltage

What do you need?

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial broking or B2B sales
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Confidence managing complex portfolios or long sales cycles
• Technical knowledge of energy-related risks or eagerness to learn
