This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a skilled team, manage high-value projects, and drive operational excellence within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and mentor a team, including Project Managers, Admin support
- Oversee projects from inception to completion | Ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
- Drive stakeholder management and build strong client relationships
- Manage project budgets, reporting and forecasting
- Utilise Simpro to streamline processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
Must haves: - Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial demolition, remediation or construction
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with asbestos removal and mould removal (preferred)
- Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (Simpro experience desirable)
