With a strong presence in Victoria, they specialise in large-scale projects across asbestos removal and soil remediation, delivering high-quality outcomes with a strong focus on safety, efficiency and stakeholder management.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a skilled team, manage high-value projects, and drive operational excellence within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team, including Project Managers, Admin support
• Oversee projects from inception to completion | Ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
• Drive stakeholder management and build strong client relationships
• Manage project budgets, reporting and forecasting
• Utilise Simpro to streamline processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards  

Must haves:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial demolition, remediation or construction
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with asbestos removal and mould removal (preferred)
• Knowledge of safety, quality and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in project management software (Simpro experience desirable)
