Job Description

Site Manager (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a pharmaceutical business who are about to open a brand-new Compounding Pharmacy / Manufacturing site. They’re seeking a Site Manager to lead the site’s operations, people and growth.

What will you do?
  • Oversee daily operations across compounding and GMP manufacturing
  • Lead direct reports
  • Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Board, USP and GMP standards
  • Drive business development, new product launches and client growth
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting and financial performance of the site
  • Lead workflow optimisation and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure effective inventory and risk management procedures
What do you need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or related field (postgrad a bonus)
  • Proven experience in a leadership or site management role
  • Strong working knowledge of GMP and compounding regulations
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage performance
  • Excellent understanding of quality, compliance and risk frameworks
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
