Woods & Co has partnered up with one of Melbourne's top high-end residential landscape companies, the company has secured a strong amount of work for the rest of 2024 which has led to the appointment of a Site Supervisor.

What do you do? 

 - Customer Service - we have great customers and they need to be treated as such
 - Delivering outstanding outcomes
 - Leading and motivating a team to achieve results on time and on budget
 - Hard Landscaping (fencing, paving, concreting, decks, retaining walls etc.)
 - Soft Landscaping (laying turf, planting, mulching etc.)
 - Irrigation installation and setting

What do you need?

• Absolute commitment to flawless results
• Demonstrated experience with meeting targets and managing a team
• Must be a qualified landscaper with previous site supervisor experience in the industry
• Is extremely hard-working, motivated and driven
• Ability to show initiative and take action when required
• Works well under pressure
• Is punctual and honest
• Flexible and enthusiastic
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• All-round team player
• Must have a driver's license
