As a
SME Sales Consultant, you will be the core of client relationships by speaking directly with business owners, evaluating their energy needs and pricing structures to make genuine cost savings. You will be making direct contact with major energy retailers, on behalf of clients to identify competitive offers and present tailored solutions to make a difference within the SME space.

What’s in it for you? - $65,000 - $75,000 + Super (Experience dependent)
- Uncapped commission (OTE $85,000+)
- Monday to Friday | Hybrid work model (WFH Monday & Friday)

What you will do: - Make outbound B2B calls to businesses and review their current energy spend
- Use in-house software to generate alternative offers from leading retailers
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline by prospecting and nurturing SME accounts
- Liaise with major energy providers to negotiate and broker competitive plans
- Accurately record all sales activity and client details in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity targets
- Represent the business at industry exhibitions and conferences (as required)
What do you need? - 1+ years’ experience in B2B sales or customer service (phone-based or face-to-face)
- Energy industry background is a bonus, but not essential
- Confidence in managing conversations, building rapport, and working to targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and positive approach
