Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading timber wholesaler to find a dynamic and results-driven State Sales Manager for their Victorian division. If you have a passion for the timber industry and a proven track record in sales management, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company known for its excellence in timber products, including structural framing and EWP products.

What do you do?

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth in the Victorian market.
• Lead and manage the Victorian sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  
What do you need?

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the timber wholesale sector, with a focus on structural framing and EWP products.
• Proven business development and sales experience within the timber industry.
• Current employment within the timber sector is essential.
• At least 5 years of management experience, leading teams and driving sales success.
