What do you do? - Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales with your positive, bubbly nature
- Mentor and develop your team for future leadership roles
- Implement effective visual merchandising strategies
- Oversee stock management and prioritise daily tasks efficiently.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members
- Lead from the front and achieve team budgets and KPI's
What do you need: - Proven leadership experience is essential!
- Passion for empowering customers and creating an inclusive shopping experience
- Longevity in a store manager role with fast-paced retail experience
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire
- Commercial mindset with a knack for visual merchandising
- Hands-on approach to stock management and operational tasks
