What do you do?

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales with your positive, bubbly nature
• Mentor and develop your team for future leadership roles
• Implement effective visual merchandising strategies
• Oversee stock management and prioritise daily tasks efficiently.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members
• Lead from the front and achieve team budgets and KPI's 

  
What do you need:

• Proven leadership experience is essential!
• Passion for empowering customers and creating an inclusive shopping experience
• Longevity in a store manager role with fast-paced retail experience 
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire
• Commercial mindset with a knack for visual merchandising
• Hands-on approach to stock management and operational tasks
