We're on the hunt for a passionate and people-first Store Manager to lead the charge at their vibrant Cairns Central location.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead from the front to create exceptional customer experiences
• Manage day-to-day operations and coach your team to hit sales targets and KPIs
• Develop your team through on-the-job feedback and succession planning
• Own visual merchandising and make smart commercial floor decisions
• Oversee stock levels, deliveries, and back-of-house processes
• Analyse sales reports to guide strategy and lift store performance

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years' experience in retail store management
• A passion for coaching and mentoring team members
• Confidence in visual merchandising and making commercial decisions
• A hands-on approach with strong stock management skills
• A can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for retail
