Eastgardens location.
This is a
full-time, fixed-term contract working 38 hours per week, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to drive results through team culture, visual excellence, and commercial thinking.

What you'll be doing: - Lead from the front to create exceptional customer experiences
- Manage day-to-day operations and coach your team to hit sales targets and KPIs
- Develop your team through on-the-job feedback and succession planning
- Take charge of visual merchandising and make smart commercial floor decisions
- Oversee stock levels, deliveries, and back-of-house processes like a pro
- Analyse sales reports to guide your next move and push performance
What you’ll bring: - 2+ years' experience in retail store management
- A passion for coaching and mentoring others
- A good eye for VM and confidence to make commercial decisions
- A can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for retail
- Proven ability to manage stock and juggle competing priorities
