Full Job Description Woods & Co Recruitment have parented with one of the leading lighting suppliers within Australia is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, this organisation has seen substantial growth and is looking to expand into new regions by servicing independent retail and powerhouse hardware stores across Australia.

What do you do? - Prepare replenishment orders for new and existing models from local & overseas suppliers to optimise stock availability.
- Monitor supplier lead times & performance.
- Ensure that suppliers are ‘Delivering in Full & on Time’
- Analyse sales data, seasonal trends
- Monitor supplier lead times
- Align inventory with stock turn targets.
- Adjust forecasting to meet sales & operations planning objectives.
- Allocation of incoming stock to appropriate warehouse bays
- Liaising with the warehouse around new product quality checks
- Identifying and being on top of any product issues from customer credits/claims
- Managing claims on suppliers
What do you need? - 3+ years experience in supply chain management, preferably in wholesale or retail.
- Strong understanding of logistics, freight coordination, and inventory management.
- Experience in dealing with international suppliers and freight
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
