Business Services Manager who loves helping businesses navigate tax complexities while thinking big picture. You’ll lead a team, work closely with clients, and play a key role in delivering top-tier tax and advisory services. Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, providing expert tax and advisory services
- Assess and review tax returns, oversee quality control
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and constructive feedback to junior accountants
- Deliver strategic tax planning and year-end advice
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the tax function
What do you need? - 5+ years’ experience in tax accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier firm experience preferred)
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong ability to manage a portfolio of clients and competing deadlines
- Ability to mentor and train junior accountants
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
