Woods & Co has partnered with a locally owned business that specialises in Australian-made privacy screening. Delivering high-quality, affordable solutions across Melbourne, they pride themselves on innovation, attention to detail, and a positive team culture.

This growing business is now on the lookout for a hands-on Team Leader to assist in the fabrication and installation of screening projects. You’ll play a key role in managing client orders, organising onsite work, and leading a small team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard.

What do you do?

• Liaise directly with clients and handle installation-related queries
• Process client orders and prepare materials for upcoming projects
• Coordinate schedules and manage installation timeframes
• Lead and support a small onsite team
• Troubleshoot issues onsite and ensure smooth project delivery
• Assist with fabrication & installation 

What do you need?

• Qualified carpenter (fencing experience highly regarded)
• Full driver licence (required)
• Forklift licence (preferred)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Diligence with deadlines and attention to detail
