In this Support Associate role, you’ll be the first point of contact for high-profile customers including global law firms, retailers, and pharmaceutical giants. You’ll handle inbound issues, manage support tickets, and work with internal tech teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What will you be doing? - Act as the first point of contact for customer support issues
- Triage, ticket, and manage client queries from start to finish
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex problems
- Build rapport with clients and understand their product use cases
- Develop deep product knowledge to guide and support customers directly
- Help shape the local customer experience as part of the founding Sydney team
What do you need? - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or analytical field (2:1 or GPA 3.5+)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural problem-solving ability and high attention to detail
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise
- Desire to work in a customer-facing role
- Any customer support or client-facing experience is a bonus
- Exposure to legal tech, SaaS, or eDiscovery is a plus (but not a must!)
