Woods & Co Recruitment have parented with one of the leading lighting suppliers within Australia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor, this organisation has seen substantial growth and is looking to expand into new regions by servicing independent retail and powerhouse hardware stores across Australia.

What do you do?

• Oversee day-to-day operations and warehouse activities, storing and dispatching goods
• Lead and manage a team of 7 staff
• Oversee stock levels, conduct and manage stocktakes and discrepancies
• Prepare loads for dispatch and ensure timely processing of orders
• Ensure warehouse capacity is kept to optimal levels
• Ensure quality control standards are met
• Uphold safety procedures in compliance with OH&S
• Provide regular reports on key warehouse metrics, order fulfilment times and staff performance  

What do you need?

• 3+ Years’ Experience in a similar role,
• Results-Driven Nature
• Experience working on initiative & managing a team
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Critical thinking ability
• Forklift license
