Woods & Co have partnered with a well-established online education provider, and we are on the hunt for sales guns to join the team IMMEDIATELY. The provider offers high quality, affordable, accessible training and assessment that meets the needs of learners and industry. Success in this role will hinge upon your professional phone manner, sales skills, and ability to build rapport with customers. If you are self-motivated, driven, hungry to take home commission, and looking for a remote role, then look no further.

What’s in it for you?

• $55,000 base + super + uncapped commission
• OTE $130k - $160k
• Remote/work from home position  
• Full training provided
• 12pm – 7pm Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday
• Inbound, warm leads
• Run and manage your own week/schedule

What do you do?

• Action inbound leads received through lead generation and direct marketing
• Close sales on warm, inbound leads
• Enrol students into online courses
• Adhere to internal quality standards
• Manage CRM system (Aircall)
• Make 200+ calls per day  

What do you need?

• Your own laptop and internet and strong internet connection
• Ability to take on high volume calls | Inbound/outbound sales experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Knowledge of education sales highly regarded
• Energy, vibrancy, and a genuine want to smash sales
• Strong computer literacy
• Right to work in Australia
