Woods & Co. have once again partnered with a well-established national leader in specialised manufacturing and installation. They are actively seeking a proven and experienced WHS Adviser to lead safety initiatives across multiple sites. In this role, you will ensure the health, safety, and compliance of operations while fostering a proactive and engaged safety culture.

What You’ll Be Doing - Implement WHS policies, procedures, and safety tools across VIC and national branches
- Conduct audits, site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Support ‘Return to Work’ programs and liaise with insurers and healthcare providers
- Deliver safety inductions and training for staff, apprentices, and contractors
- Maintain WHS records, registers, and ensure ongoing compliance with legislation
- Monitor and support contractor safety compliance and site readiness
- Contribute to a positive safety culture through coaching, toolbox talks, and visibility
What You’ll Need - Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS
- 3+ years of WHS experience (ideally in construction, trades, or manufacturing)
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and practical safety leadership
- Ability to communicate clearly and coach teams in safe practices
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to travel interstate
- Return-to-Work Coordinator certification (desirable)
- Previous experience in a mobile or multi-site WHS role (highly regarded)
