Established over 15 years ago, the company partners with local and national brands to deliver creative, end-to-end branding solutions across design, print, merchandise, and signage. The organisation has a vast range of products from business stationery, brochures, and direct mailers through to large-format signage and custom merchandise.
They are now seeking a hands-on Account & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day client accounts and ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys keeping things moving across clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
$75,000 - $95,000 + Super (Experience Dependent)

Hands-on exposure across end-to-end client delivery and operations
Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts day-to-day
Act as the main contact for updates, orders, and queries
Turn client requests into clear internal job workflows
Coordinate end-to-end delivery (quoting, production, dispatch)
Follow up with suppliers and internal teams to keep jobs on track
Raise and manage purchase orders and supplier coordination
Support sourcing of merchandise, print, and promotional products
Maintain accurate CRM records, job tracking, and documentation
Assist with quotes, costings, and order processing
Keep account information organised and up to date
Support senior staff by taking ownership of routine coordination tasks
Background in print, merchandise, branding, or manufacturing (advantageous, not essential)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Clear communicator who is confident dealing with clients and suppliers
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Comfortable working in a small team and task-driven environment
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach
