Account Manager to play a key role in managing and growing a high-profile account within the agency. This role is essential in nurturing existing relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth. We’re seeking a proactive and commercially minded professional who can enhance client engagement, support strategic initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that foster long-term success.

What will you do? - Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Respond to briefs with insight-led thinking and creative problem-solving
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery - from quotes and timelines to execution and wrap-up
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to bring ideas to life
- Spot organic growth opportunities and pitch ideas that add value and drive business outcomes
- Maintain accurate client records and support reporting, forecasting and budget tracking
What do you need? - Previous experience in a similar client-facing role, ideally within below-the-line marketing (promotional merchandise, events, activations, category management, product management or other relevant area)
- A strong grasp of marketing principles and an interest in creative, campaign-based work
- A commercial mindset with the drive to grow accounts and deliver value
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a natural ability to earn trust
- Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat
