Woods & Co have partnered with one of Australia’s leading toy and hobby wholesalers, proudly distributing premium international brands across the country. We’re excited to be recruiting an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join their growing team in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

What do you do?

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing retail customers across your territory
• Ensure products and brands are well represented and merchandised in store
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the toy, hobby, and lifestyle retail space
• Regularly visit stores, understand their needs, and provide tailored support and solutions
• Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and promotional activities
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on territory performance

What do you need?

• Previous experience in account management, sales, or territory management, ideally within wholesale, retail, toys, or FMCG
• Proven track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• A valid driver’s licence (company car provided)
