Beverage Operations Manager. With a vibrant atmosphere and Mediterranean-inspired concepts, this venue is set to become Melbourne’s most talked about openings.
This is a rare opportunity for a passionate Beverage Operations Manager to bring their vision to life. You’ll take ownership of the entire beverage offerings, from crafting cocktail menus to curating world-class wine and spirits lists. This is perfect for a hands-on leader with creative flair, commercial acumen and an obsession with guest experience to hit the ground running and create a beverage culture that is as memorable as the venue itself.

What do you do? - Shape the beverage program for one of Melbourne’s most anticipated venue openings.
- Oversee all beverage operations across the venue and events space.
- Lead, inspire and mentor a high-performing beverage team to ensure product knowledge.
- Manage supplier relationships and drive profitability through strategic stock control and cost management.
- Elevate guest experiences with creative and memorable beverage offerings.
- Maintain compliance with RSA and licensing requirements.
What do you need? - 3+ years experience in senior beverage management role with high-end hospitality venues.
- Deep knowledge of beverage offers as well as emerging hospitality trends (WSETT III or equivalent highly desirable!)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train and grow a high-performing beverage team.
- Proven commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and supplier relationships.
- Creative, hands-on and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility in working evenings, weekends and events.
