Tender & Bid Coordinator to join the Business Support Team, playing a key role in preparing high-quality proposals and supporting operational processes. With over 200 cleaners and large contracts with elite sporting clubs, universities and hospitals, this company is looking for a detail-driven professional who thrives under deadlines and loves producing polished, client-focused work.

What do you do? - Attend site walkthroughs to gather data for quoting and tender documentation
- Prepare accurate, professional, and client-focused proposals
- Use Canva and other tools to create visually engaging and detailed submissions
- Collate and structure information to meet deadlines and high standards
- Coordinate and manage periodical schedules
- Support ad-hoc billing requirements and oversee purchase orders
- Work closely with the CEO, Group Business Manager, Operations Director, and Business Support Team
What do you need? - 2+ years’ experience in a similar coordination or tender/bid role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Confidence using Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Monday.com software
- Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team
- Proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Immaculate presentation
