Woods & Co Recruitment have teamed up with a leading energy brokerage firm on the lookout for a high-performing
Senior Sales Consultant – Commercial & Industrial (C&I). This is a B2B sales role, where your job is to ensure businesses are getting the most competitive energy rates available.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll be speaking with industrial businesses about their current energy providers and identifying ways they can save. With your market insight and expertise, you'll be recommending energy solutions that deliver real savings and value to your clients.
What’s in it for you? - $80,000–$100,000 + super (based on experience)
- Uncapped commissions (OTE of $40,000)
- Monday to Friday role

What will you be doing? - Making B2B outbound calls to discuss energy plans and cost-saving options
- Building and managing a strong pipeline to consistently meet targets
- Negotiating with energy providers to secure the best deals for clients
- Preparing tailored proposals and recommending suitable solutions
- Managing a mix of new and existing SME leads
- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial clients
- Educating clients on energy efficiency options such as Solar, LED, and Voltage Optimisation
- Keeping client records updated in the CRM
- Hitting monthly KPIs and sales goals
What do you need? - Minimum 3 years’ sales experience
- At least 1 year in the energy industry, preferably C&I
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle
- B2B sales experience highly desirable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Proven experience in phone-based sales
