We’re looking for a
Client Solutions Associate - someone technically minded, commercially aware, and energised by helping clients get the best out of cutting-edge software. Whether you’re a solicitor ready for a career change, or a law/STEM graduate who’s spent time in a client-facing, sales, support or product role - this could be the perfect launchpad into legal tech.
You’ll work as part of a high-performing team to implement product rollouts, manage client accounts end-to-end, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and product teams. As a key interface between product and client, you’ll contribute directly to performance outcomes and product evolution.

What you’ll be doing: - Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise users across multiple sectors
- Conduct client training, workshops and product demonstrations
- Work closely with Product, Sales and Support to tailor solutions and gather feedback
- Analyse usage data, identify opportunities, and drive improvements
- Support rollout strategies and communicate updates and enhancements
- Assist in internal documentation and support resource development
- Occasionally attend domestic or international client visits and events
What you’ll need: - A degree in Law, STEM, Commerce or similar (High Distinction / Distinction)
- 1 year + exposure to client-facing environments - e.g. client services, support, sales or consulting
- Strong interest in legal tech, product innovation and AI
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and comfort working in technical environments
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and build rapport with senior clients
- Bonus: Prior exposure to legal practice, SaaS, product or implementation
