Woods & Co have teamed up with an Australian-born and ASX-listed energy provider, now considered a household name amongst all Australians - we are in need of Customer Service Representatives to join the team.
The primary focus of this role will be supporting new and existing customers with energy, gas & broadband enquiries. Be fully trained to provide end-to-end customer service using problem-solving and forward. This is a phone-based, inbound (ONLY) role.

- Monday - Friday (Hours between 8am and 6pm (alternating shifts))

- Inbound calls only – no hard KPIs or Sales Targets!

What do you do? - Answer inbound general service enquiries via phone and email
- Use problem-solving and forward-thinking to resolve all issues within one phone call
- Assist customers with any billing, payments or metering requirements
- Handle customer complaints, hardships and retention-related enquiries
- Build rapport with customers while delivering an end-to-end experience
- Manage CRM systems
- Assist customers with move-ins, move-outs and broadband connections
- Take responsibility and ownership for the customer’s journey
What do you need: - Background in customer service/hospitality/retail
- Great attitude to learn and develop.
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships with teammates in remote offices
- Passionate and eager to help customers
- A bright personality with a can-do attitude
- Strong willingness to learn
