Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator to join their growing team. With over 25 years of experience and thousands of homes delivered across Victoria, this company is renowned for combining innovative design, sustainability and affordability, and is experiencing significant growth, with more than 1,000 new builds planned over the next three years.
In this role, you will be at the heart of the business, providing high-level support to two directors while ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations. You will play a key role in fostering communication, coordination and culture, keeping the team organised, connected and projects on track.

What do you do?
- Deliver top-tier executive support by expertly managing diaries, meetings and travel
- Coordinate smooth office operations, communications and events
- Build strong connections with internal teams, clients and external partners
- Oversee onboarding, office supplies and logistics with precision
- Assist in marketing coordination and keep project materials sharp and current
- Track reports, updates and project progress efficiently
- Great team culture through engaging events, socials and initiatives
What you need?
- 3+ years’ experience as an EA, Office Coordinator, Event Operations or in a similar role
- Exceptional organisation, communication and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Confidence in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in property, construction or luxury sectors is highly regarded
- A motivated, adaptable team player who thrives on getting things done
