They're now looking to add a high potential Property Consultant to the team. They’re ideally gunning for someone with 2–5 years of industrial or commercial property sales experience, with a serious interest in property. Top performing consultants in this role have increased their take home earnings by up to $150k - $300k, from competing firms. What do you do?

• Manage a growing portfolio of industrial property listings
• Win and service clients through proactive prospecting and relationship building
• Negotiate sales and leasing deals with confidence and support from the MD
• Use your sales DNA to close deals, manage pipelines, and grow your patch
• Work collaboratively in a small, high performing team
• Work alongside highly regarded industrial agents who are consistent multimillion dollar fee writers who have held leadership titles in the corporate agencies
• Tech and data driven business who has built tools to drive revenue for it’s brokers
• 1 to 1 support to agent model, enabling quick response times for submissions, IM’s, property analysis and appraisals
• Join an agency with the fastest growing social media platform in the state, unlocking further opportunities for the right brokers

What do you need?

• 2–5 years’ experience in industrial/commercial property sales
• Valid Agent's Rep Certificate
• Driven, self motivated and commercially sharp
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong client rapport
• Willingness to contribute to a growing business and reap the rewards
