Excellent opportunity for a polished and proactive Investment Adviser Assistant to join a high-performing team, providing critical support to senior advisers and playing a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience.

What do you do? - Provide day-to-day support to a team of experienced Investment Advisers
- Manage client onboarding, reviews, compliance, and ongoing servicing
- Liaise with clients, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate client records and utilise platforms such as Xplan or similar
- Assist with reporting, investment documentation, and administrative tasks
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries and relationship management
What do you need? - 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within private wealth, financial advice, or investment management
- Impeccable communication skills and a polished, professional presentation
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Experience with Xplan, Netwealth, Praemium or similar platforms (highly regarded)
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
