Excellent opportunity for a polished and proactive Investment Adviser Assistant to join a high-performing team, providing critical support to senior advisers and playing a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience.

What do you do?

• Provide day-to-day support to a team of experienced Investment Advisers
• Manage client onboarding, reviews, compliance, and ongoing servicing
• Liaise with clients, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate client records and utilise platforms such as Xplan or similar
• Assist with reporting, investment documentation, and administrative tasks
• Act as a key point of contact for client queries and relationship management

What do you need?

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within private wealth, financial advice, or investment management
• Impeccable communication skills and a polished, professional presentation
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience with Xplan, Netwealth, Praemium or similar platforms (highly regarded)
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
