Marketing Assistant to support their vibrant and fast-paced marketing team.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital and social media marketing, content creation, and community engagement. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role across organic and paid campaigns, event support, digital content, and marketing administration.

What do you do? - Assist with organic social media: content creation, engagement growth, and reporting
- Manage paid social campaigns: Facebook ad creation, management, and reporting
- Monitor and engage with customers across social channels, Google reviews, and media mentions
- Support content creation including blogs, video, and digital marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with SEO/SEM agency and support website optimisation
- Provide support for community engagement and activations, including events, school holiday programs, sponsorships, and outreach
- Assist with event coordination: logistics, briefs, risk assessments, supplier management, and on-site activations
- Manage marketing inbox responses and customer feedback
- Maintain marketing assets including digital screens, posters, website updates, and branded merchandise
- Support marketing reporting and campaign performance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver activations, communication, and events
What do you need? - Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing support role (digital/social focus desirable)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
