This is a part-time role (30 hours/week) that offers you the chance to lead a high-performing team while achieving business goals and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing: - Lead and inspire a team to meet and exceed KPIs, budgets, and sales targets
- Drive a high standard of customer service and operational excellence
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for your team
- Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and staff rosters
- Analyse sales data to make informed commercial decisions to improve store performance
What you'll bring: - 2+ years of retail management experience, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong track record of driving performance and achieving targets
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that improve store performance
- A collaborative approach to developing and supporting your team
