We’re seeking an Operations Manager (Sales Administration) to oversee all aspects of sales administration, contract management, and client experience across a sophisticated property portfolio. Acting as 2IC to the General Manager – Sales Operations, this role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery across the national sales operations team.
The Role You’ll lead and mentor a dynamic team responsible for contracts, settlements, CRM management, and client communication, ensuring every touchpoint is delivered with precision and polish. From overseeing end-to-end sales processes to implementing new systems and driving continuous improvement, you’ll be the operational backbone of the sales function, ensuring everything runs seamlessly from contract to completion.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor the sales administration and client experience teams.
- Oversee contract management, settlements, and CRM accuracy across all projects.
- Support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations as 2IC to the GM Sales Operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Development) and external partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Drive consistent communication and reporting across all stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring - Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales operations, contract administration, or customer experience within property or real estate.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- In-depth knowledge of off-the-plan contracts and settlement processes.
- Strong system and CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
