Woods & Co have partnered with a thriving residential development business with a major footprint in Donnybrook - covering over 2,000 properties - to find a polished and professional Sales Associate to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to break into the booming new homes industry with full support, structured training, and clear pathways into a Sales Consultant role. Whether you’re coming from hospitality, retail, automotive, or another customer-facing role, this could be the ideal next step in your career.

You’ll work closely with experienced sales professionals and become the friendly, organised first point of contact for prospective buyers - all without the pressure of sales targets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Help guide customers through the early stages of their home-buying journey
• Work closely with the Sales Consultant to support client needs
• Maintain a clean, welcoming sales office environment
• Coordinate appointments and follow up on enquiries
• Provide a seamless, customer-first experience every time

What you’ll need:

• 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. receptionist in sales environment, hospitality host, client services)
• A polished presentation and confident communication style
• Genuine interest in property, real estate or sales
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional and eager to learn
• Availability to work Wednesday–Sunday
