We are on the hunt for driven Sales Consultants to join the team! If you have call centre experience and are looking for the next step in your career then this could be the opportunity for you!
  
*Sales Consultants or Call centre experts who have had experience within the gas, electricity, internet are highly desirable*

What do you do?

• Providing an excellent level of customer care
• Working towards team & individual KPIs
• Manage CRM systems
• Assist customers with their connecting their utilities 
• Provide industry knowledge for customers
• Support from Team Leaders to ensure you succeed
• Take responsibility and ownership for the customers journey 

What you need?

• Previous call centre experience or industry relevant experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong sales skills
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving skills with a focus on providing customer solutions
• Strong relationship building skills with a level of resilience. 
• A great attitude and willingness to learn
