What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of sales professionals
• Develop and execute sponsorship strategies across major events
• Identify and engage new partners aligned with event audiences
• Pitch, negotiate and close high-value sponsorship deals
• Collaborate with internal event and marketing teams
• Ensure flawless delivery and activation of sponsorship agreements

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in B2B sponsorship or media/event sales
• Leadership experience, you’ve managed and motivated sales teams
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills
• Strategic thinker with a creative, solutions-driven mindset
• A strong network within the F&B, lifestyle or consumer brands space (highly regarded)
• Passion for events, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
