Senior Sales Specialists

Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a world-leading technology company specialising in smart access solutions. Their advanced systems are used across transport, infrastructure, and large-scale venues—transforming how people move through and interact with physical spaces.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Specialist to oversee the VIC, TAS, and SA regions. If you're passionate about technology, confident in complex solution sales, and motivated by building strong commercial partnerships—this role is for you.

What do you do? 
  • Manage and grow the VIC/TAS/SA territory across a mix of existing clients and new business
  • Identify, target, and convert new opportunities across public and private sectors
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to tailor solutions for client needs
  • Lead pricing, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Represent the brand at industry events, site meetings, and presentations
  • Report accurately on pipeline, forecasts, and regional sales performance
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and quarterly sales objectives
  • Ensure seamless client handovers to delivery and technical teams
What do you need?
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Demonstrated success in solution or technical sales environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Experience in access technology, infrastructure, or mobility solutions is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy, strategic, and self-driven
  • Full driver’s licence and flexibility to travel regionally
