Woods & Co have partnered with a well-established, family-owned home improvement business that has been servicing the South-East for over 50 years. With a 7-acre site and a state-of-the-art showroom, they’re on the hunt for a motivated
Showroom Sales Consultant to join the team.
This role is all about delivering a first-class experience to walk-in clients — whether they’re homeowners, renovators, or industry professionals. You’ll combine your product knowledge and natural people skills to help customers find the right solution for their project, every time.

What you’ll be doing: - Greet and assist showroom visitors in a warm, engaging manner
- Provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Liaise with builders, architects and interior designers
- Maintain and merchandise showroom displays
- Follow up with leads and manage the full sales process
- Stay across market trends and competitor products
What you’ll need: - Sales experience in a showroom or similar retail/consultative environment
- Building or home improvement product knowledge is highly regarded
- A strong customer-first mindset and ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to work Mon-Sat
