Woods & Co are partnering with one of Melbourne's most prestigious high-end residential builders to recruit a seasoned Site Foreman to assist with the delivery of multi-million dollar new builds. This is a rare opportunity to join a leading domestic builder specialising in architecturally designed, high-end dwellings valued between $5-$15m.

The Role

You’ll be the driving force on site – coordinating trades, supervising day-to-day operations, and making sure every detail meets the highest standards. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager, architects, and clients to bring ambitious designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations on bespoke luxury projects
• Lead and manage subcontractors and trades
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality
• Maintain strong site safety and compliance
• Work on the tools where necessary to assist trades on site
• Act as the link between project stakeholders, architects, and clients

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager on high-end residential builds
• Trade background - qualified carpenter
• Ability to manage high profile projects with a keen eye for detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Thorough understanding of OH&S and site compliance
