What do you do? - Prep, cook and plate dishes to high standards.
- Support your kitchen team during service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
- Assist with stock rotation, organisation and daily prep.
- Work efficiently under pressure and as part of a collaborative team.
What do you need? - Experience relevant to the level you’re applying for | Minimum 1 year commercial kitchen experience.
- Understanding of kitchen operations and food and safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented individual.
- Flexibility to work weekends and open to traveling to various Melbourne locations.
