Frequently featured in outlets like Broadsheet since opening over 12 years ago, their Windsor location is now on the hunt for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership team and continue delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We’re looking for a fun, energetic and hands-on Assistant Manager with a passion for hospitality and a solid understanding of Melbourne’s fast-paced food and beverage landscape.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need excellent people skills, a genuine love for customer service, and previous experience in a leadership capacity within a busy hospitality venue.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Leading shifts and supervising front-of-house staff.
• Ensuring a fun, warm, and professional environment for both diners and team members.
• Assisting with recruitment, training and onboarding of new staff.
• Handling customer feedback and delivering top-tier service.
• Collaborating with upper management to meet KPIs and drive service excellence.

• A strong understanding of Melbourne’s hospitality scene.

• Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
