We’re looking for a fun, energetic and hands-on Assistant Manager with a passion for hospitality and a solid understanding of Melbourne’s fast-paced food and beverage landscape.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need excellent people skills, a genuine love for customer service, and previous experience in a leadership capacity within a busy hospitality venue.

What will you be doing? - Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Leading shifts and supervising front-of-house staff.
- Ensuring a fun, warm, and professional environment for both diners and team members.
- Assisting with recruitment, training and onboarding of new staff.
- Handling customer feedback and delivering top-tier service.
- Collaborating with upper management to meet KPIs and drive service excellence.
What do you need? - A positive, friendly, and team-focused attitude.
- Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A strong understanding of Melbourne’s hospitality scene.
- A desire to grow with the business and step up when needed.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends.
