Job Description

Woods & Co have partnered with a well-established industry leader in the hydraulic components sector to find a Warehouse / Workshop Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone hands-on who’s ready to grow into a more technical role with clear career development opportunities.
  
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations while gaining exposure to hydraulic systems, product assembly, and technical coordination.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handle warehouse operations: receiving, dispatch, stock control
• Operate forklifts and maintain safe practices
• Assemble hydraulic components and perform quality checks
• Assist with warranty claims and liaise with internal teams
• Support engineering with prototype builds and custom assemblies
• Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver solutions  

What you’ll need:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Current forklift license
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, ERP knowledge is a plus)
• Background in hydraulics, automotive, or mechanical systems (desirable)
• Ability to read or interpret technical diagrams (desirable)
• Strong interest in technical problem-solving and diagnostics (desirable)
