Woods & Co have partnered with a well-established industry leader in the hydraulic components sector to find a Warehouse / Workshop Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone hands-on who’s ready to grow into a more technical role with clear career development opportunities.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations while gaining exposure to hydraulic systems, product assembly, and technical coordination.

What you’ll be doing: - Handle warehouse operations: receiving, dispatch, stock control
- Operate forklifts and maintain safe practices
- Assemble hydraulic components and perform quality checks
- Assist with warranty claims and liaise with internal teams
- Support engineering with prototype builds and custom assemblies
- Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver solutions
What you’ll need: - Previous warehouse experience
- Current forklift license
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, ERP knowledge is a plus)
- Background in hydraulics, automotive, or mechanical systems (desirable)
- Ability to read or interpret technical diagrams (desirable)
- Strong interest in technical problem-solving and diagnostics (desirable)
